Standard Hourly Rate - 09.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday $115.00 per hour - charged in 20 minute intervals
Labour Charge in 20 minute intervals $38.33 per 20 minutes
MInimum In House Service Charge/Fee $100.00 includes up to 15 minutes labour - Applies to all jobs
Minimum Outcall Service Charge/Fee $114.00 includes up to 15 minutes labour
Minimum Vehical Charge - applies to all Outcalls over 5km $22.00 Applies to all Outcalls
Mileage Charge outside city limits > 5km $1.10 per Km + Travel Time
Travel Time applies > 10km $35.00 Per Hour or part thereof
A product damage/repair assessment fee will be charged on all jobs.
This fee will form part of any quotation given for repair.
For ALL Phones, Tablets and Gaming Consoles this fee is $100.00.
For ALL Computers this fee is $100.00.
This fee is NON-refundable and will always form part of any Quote or estimate given for repair
After-Hours Rate - $175.00 per hour + any of the above that applies, min time charged is 30 mins
Plus Minimum After Hours Call Out Fee From 5.01pm Fri to 8.29am Monday - $150.00
If callout is a Public/Statutory Holiday then Minimum Call out fee is $225.00, labour rate is $175.00 per hour min charged is 1 hour.
To clarify a callout on a Public/Statutory holiday will contain the Min callout fee plus the minimum 1 hour fee
