3. Please advise us of your courier friendly delivery address, it cannot be a P.O.Box number!

We expect that the freight Payment will be paid within a day or so of you placing your order or of you receiving an Email.
We cannot accept any delay of the payment of the freight; our processing assumes that your freight payment will be paid within a day or so.
We will email you if your freight cost increases over and above the freight advertised with the item when you make multiple purchases.

Product that is in stock will be processed on a daily basis as stock levels allow, depending on the speed of your deposit and delivery address email advice. If we have stock those that have paid their freight and supplied a delivery address will be supplied first.
If we process a sale on Bartercard and you do not send us advice of delivery and pay the required freight, we will email you to remind you of your obligation to finalise the sale, if we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will consider the goods abandoned and will refund only 50% of the sale back to your Bartercard acount, you will get from us a 7 day letter to remind you, a copy will go to Bartecard for their records.
